Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of all products and services provided by Mukon Labs LLC (“Mukon”, “we”, “us”), including Mukon Mobile, Mukon Messenger, the Mukon website, and the web app at app.mukon.io (together, the “Services”). By using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the Services where you are located. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including telecommunications, VPN, and cryptocurrency regulations applicable to you.
3. The Services
Mukon Mobile
- Provides eSIM connectivity through third-party carrier partners and an integrated decentralized VPN. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on partner networks and your device, and are not guaranteed.
- eSIM plans are purchased with cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; verify plan details before paying. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a plan is provisioned.
- Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
Mukon Messenger
- Provides end-to-end encrypted messaging and calls using your Solana wallet as identity. Messenger is currently in Devnet Beta: it may contain bugs, state may be reset, and features may change or be discontinued without notice. Do not rely on beta software for critical communications.
- You are solely responsible for your wallet and its keys. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover your identity or message history — by design, we hold no keys and no account records.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Do not use them to commit fraud, distribute malware, harass others, or violate the rights of any person.
- Safeguard your own devices, wallets, and keys. Anyone with your keys is, to the Services, you.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for exploit purposes, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure.
5. Privacy by design — and its consequences
The Services are engineered so that we hold minimal data (see our Privacy Policy). This means we generally cannot recover lost access, retrieve message history, reverse transactions, or identify users. You accept these trade-offs as inherent to the design.
6. Third-party networks
The Services depend on third-party infrastructure — the Solana network, carrier partners, RPC providers, MPC networks, and dVPN node operators. We do not control these networks and are not responsible for their outages, congestion, fees, or policy changes.
7. Intellectual property
The Mukon name, marks, apps, and website content are the property of Mukon Labs LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for personal use; they do not transfer any ownership.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT ANY NETWORK, BLOCKCHAIN, OR ENCRYPTION SCHEME IS IMMUNE TO COMPROMISE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUKON LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, PROFITS, OR CONNECTIVITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING IT.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or discontinue any Service (particularly beta software) at any time. Sections 5–9 survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
