Privacy Policy
The short version: Mukon is built so that we hold as little data about you as technically possible. We don't require accounts, names, emails, phone numbers, or identity verification for any Mukon product. We do not sell data — we barely have any.
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by Mukon Labs LLC (“Mukon”, “we”, “us”) and covers all Mukon products and services, including Mukon Mobile (crypto-native eSIM and dVPN), Mukon Messenger (encrypted wallet-to-wallet messaging), the Mukon website, and the Mukon web app at app.mukon.io.
2. What we don't collect
- No identity data. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, government ID, or any KYC information.
- No activity logs. We do not log your browsing traffic through the dVPN, your eSIM usage patterns, or who you communicate with in Messenger.
- No message content or metadata. Messenger messages are end-to-end encrypted on your device. We cannot read them, and we do not retain conversation metadata (who talked to whom, when, or how often).
- No advertising trackers. Our apps and website contain no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking SDKs.
3. What is technically processed
Some data must transit our systems or public infrastructure for the products to function:
Mukon Mobile
- Wallet address and payment transaction — used to provision your eSIM plan. Crypto payments are recorded on their respective public blockchains by nature.
- eSIM provisioning data — the technical identifiers (e.g. ICCID) required by carrier partners to activate connectivity. Carrier partners operate under their own network obligations; we pass through no personal identity because we never have any.
- dVPN session establishment — connection handshakes are processed transiently to route your traffic; contents are encrypted and no browsing logs are kept.
Mukon Messenger
- Public wallet address — your Solana wallet address serves as your identity and is inherently public on the Solana blockchain.
- Encrypted payloads and on-chain state — message ciphertext and ZK-compressed conversation state are stored on Solana infrastructure. They are encrypted end-to-end; neither we nor infrastructure providers can decrypt them.
- Ephemeral call signaling — voice/video calls use WebRTC; signaling data is processed transiently to establish peer-to-peer connections and is not retained.
4. Third-party infrastructure
Mukon products are built on third-party infrastructure including the Solana network, Arcium (multi-party computation), Helius (RPC), carrier/eSIM partners, and decentralized VPN node networks. These providers process only the technical data described above. Public blockchains are, by design, public and permanent — anything you place on-chain (such as transactions from your wallet) is visible to anyone.
5. Website
Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you. Standard, transient technical data (such as IP addresses in server connection handling) is processed as required to serve the site and is not used to build profiles.
6. Data retention & requests
Because we do not maintain user accounts or identity records, there is generally no personal data for us to retrieve, correct, or delete. Where transient technical data exists, it is kept only as long as needed to operate the service. If you have questions or believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will investigate.
7. Children
Mukon products are not directed at children under 18, and you must meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of Mukon products after changes constitutes acceptance.
